Role and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, identify, and recruit top IT talent for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Networking:
- Build and maintain a strong network within the IT industry.
- Attend industry events and engage with potential candidates.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and recruitment best practices.
- Eligible to work in Poland.
- Proficiency in both English (B2/C1) and Polish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
