Role and Responsibilities:
- Harvesting Operations:
- Participate in various stages of agricultural harvesting activities.
- Operate machinery and equipment for crop harvesting.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure the quality of harvested crops meets established standards.
- Follow guidelines for proper harvesting techniques.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work as part of a team to efficiently complete harvesting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols:
- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines during harvesting operations.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in either English or German (B1).
- Availability to work in Germany.
- Eligibility to work for citizens of all EU countries, Georgia, Ukraine, and Moldova.
- Previous experience in agricultural work is advantageous but not mandatory.
